Welcome to the Europcar guide. Our objective is to offer you an easy and comfortable way to discover Estonia. The Europcar guide consists of three routes: the first route seen here takes you to the two biggest Western Estonian islands: Saaremaa and Hiiumaa.

While composing the routes, we have taken into account a wide range of interests and as a result you can find here the most beautiful churches as well as the best of the scenery.

You will find the detailed descriptions of the routes in the attached booklet that you can get from Europcar stations. In addition to the maps you will find in abundance photos to look at afterwards recalling your trip. Inside the booklet you will find a audio cd on with recordings for every location on the map giving you the information about the point of intrest

Western route starts at Tallinn-Pärnu road on which you bypass famous Laitse castle and Riisipere manor house and end up in Haapsalu. From Haapsalu the route continues to the islands starting with Hiiumaa.

In Hiiumaa the route takes you through most popular sights to give you an example how people have lived and live in Hiiumaa. You can visit one of the oldest settlements in Hiiumaa named Pühalepa and various manor houses and churches. The route also takes you trough most beautiful places of Hiiumaa including "shore of storms" on your way from Tahkuna to Kõpu and the beaches of Kassari

In Saaremaa you can visit fameous Kaali meteorite crater, windmill hill and several remarkable churches and manor houses. With it's national reserves and national parks Saaremaa is one of the most beautiful places in Estonia and Europcar route guides you straight to it's most precious jewels
